EASTERN Visayas lawmakers lead at least 45 top local execs in condemning VP Duterte’s ‘reckless, divisive actions’ as they expressed support for President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez.

Palo Mayor Matin Petilla, Sta. Fe Mayor Amparo Monteza, Tanauan Mayor Gina Merilo, Alangalang Mayor Lovely Yu, San Miguel Mayor Norman Sabdao, Tolosa Mayor Erwin Ocaña, and Babatngon Mayor Eleanor Lugnasin posed for a photo with Speaker Romualdez of the 1st District of Leyte at the San Juanico Golf and Country Club in Tacloban City last Sunday. During the event, they presented their manifesto of support for the leader of the 300-plus-strong House of Representatives in light of Vice President Sara Duterte’s statement threatening his life, along with President Ferdinand “Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos.
