Most Outstanding Female Entrepreneur and OFW Advocate Venus Emperado Apas distributes financial assistance and food packs to the more than 2,500 indigent residents of Bgy. Mawaque in Mabiga, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. People living in the village (resettlement area known for its distance from the main roads and civilization)
