Free neutering in Valenzuela
THE city government of Valenzuela provided free neutering services for cats and dogs through “Libreng Kapon para kay Bantay at Muning” held at the Valenzuela City People’s Park Amphitheater.
Around 200 pet owners participated in the program by the City Veterinary Services Office to get free neutering services for their male cats and dogs but due to its limited slot offer, the free service catered only to pre-registered participants.
The City Veterinary Services Office posted the qualifications for the neutering service which are 1) the pet cat or dog must be male, 2) the pet must be at age 7 months to 7 years old, 3) the pet must be in good health or without underlying health issues before the operation.
