GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite – Twenty-one months after the groundbreaking, the local government unit on Tuesday formally inaugurated a Super Health Center at Sitio Elang in Bgy. San Francisco, this city.

Department of Health Assistant Secretary and Regional Director Dr. Ariel Valencia, Cavite Gov. Juanito Victor “Jonvic” Remulla Jr., Cavite 6th district Rep. Antonio Ferrer, General Trias City Mayor Luis “Jon Jon” Ferrer IV, Vice Mayor Jonas Labuguen and provincial health officer Dr. Nelson Soriano led the inauguration and blessing of the newest Super Health Center in the province.

“Dahil prayoridad po ng ating pamahalaang lungsod ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng bawat GenTriseño, binubuksan na po natin ito upang magbigay ng dagdag option sa free medical services ng lungsod bukod sa City of General Trias MedCare Hospital at barangay health centers., Mayor Luis Ferrer IV said.

The mayor said the Super Health Center in General Trias City was the third that opened in the province of Cavite, along with Imus City and Tanza.

Constructions are underway for the Super Health Centers in Bacoor City, Dasmariñas City, Carmona City, Tagaytay City, Cavite City, Alfonso, Kawit, Magallanes, General Mariano Alvarez, Rosario . Amadeo, Naic, Maragondon, and Indang.

City health officer Dr. Jonathan Luseco said the General Trias Super Health Center is open from Monday to Friday from 8a.m. to 5p.m..

Among the services offered that are free of charge are medical consultation, dental consultation/extraction, laboratory such as cbc, urinalysis, and fecalysis, and pharmacy.
