PHILIPPINE Sports Commission (PSC) Executuve Director Paulo Francisco Tatad graced the opening ceremony of the Mindanao State University System Athletic Association 7th Unity Games in General Santos City.
“The PSC feels secure just knowing that here at the grassroots level, where our youth are being equipped with life values, we have our school administration striving to incorporate sports into the curriculum, as well as build camaraderie and unity between each and everyone of our youth.
The athletic meet is joined by 3,000 delegates.
