Autoimmune ni Kris nagre-respond sa isinasagawang chemotherapy
May good and bad news si Kris Aquino tungkol sa kanyang kalusugan base sa update na ibinigay sa kanyang long-time friend na si Dindo Balares nitong nakaraang Lunes.
Ang bad news, ayon sa findings ng cardiologist, may problema si Kris sa heart at mataas ang kanyang cholesterol na hindi pwedeng magamot sa ngayon.
Ipinost ni Dindo ang naging usapan nila ni Krissy sa kanyang Facebook account.
“There’s a problem with my heart, Kuya Dindo — genetics. Very high cholesterol and triglycerides that at this point can’t be treated because I am underweight (91 lbs),” sey ni Kris.
“My BP (blood pressure) is misbehaving — I am normally 145/122 with heartrate of 110-130. It’s the diastolic & heart rate na scary,” dagdag pa niya.
The good news naman ay nagre-respond ang kanyang autoimmune sa isinasagawang chemotherapy sa kanya.
Nakatulong din daw ang air quality sa Newport Coast in California kung saan siya naroroon.
“Kuya Dindo let’s focus on this. My autoimmune is finally responding to the methotrexate (my chemotherapy). Finally! And the good air quality in Newport Coast,” pagbabahagi ni Kris.
Kaya naman nagpahatid siya ng pasasalamat sa lahat ng patuloy na nagdarasal para sa kanya.
“Can you please thank everyone praying for me?” sey ni Tetay.
Aniya pa, mahusay ang ibinibigay na gamot sa kanya na wala sa Pilipinas kaya hindi pa siya makakauwi.
“Magaling talaga the combination of medicine I’m being given. It’s just that after the Methotrexate & Dupixent I am super bagsak for four days. UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) is very impressive.
“We don’t have Dupixent at home,” saad ni Kris.
“Matagal pa our reunion,” sey pa niya.
