Engineer killed in Samar gun attack
A 59-YEAR-OLD engineer on Saturday night was shot dead in Calbayog City, Samar.
Slain was Salvador Biliran, an employee of the Calbayog City local government unit.
Biliran was about to ride his sports utility vehicle from a wet market when shot by two armed men.
Witnesses rushed the victim to the nearest hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
Police are pursuing the gunmen.
