Newly-appointed chief of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA), Atty. Vicente Homer Revil (right), pays a courtesy call on Secretary Manuel Bonoan (left) of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH): The DPWH exercises administrative supervision over the water development agency. Administrator Revil assumed office in early February as Acting Administrator, and will now take the lead in water and sanitation improvement in the countryside. The two heads also briefly discussed water infrastructure projects in the pipeline for cities and towns outside Metro Manila.
