Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—Two wanted felons were arrested on Wednesday in separate manhunt operations by the Mabalacat City police.

In a report by Pampanga police director Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay, members of the Mabalacat police and the 302nd MC 3rd Platoon conducted an operation in Bgy. San Francisco, which resulted in the arrest of construction worker Jay-ar Mandap, 32, of Blk 7 Lot 7 Marcos St., Purok 9, Dauville, Bgy. Duquit.

Mandap has a standing warrant of arrest for two counts of sexual assault issued by the Angeles City RTC Branch 61 Judge April Joy Magsayo-Aguila.

Meanwhile, Richard Tiamzon, 24, vendor and resident of Phase 1 5th St., Bunkhouse Madapdap Resettlement, Bgy. Dapdap, was nabbed for violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act.

PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon lauded the Pampanga cops for another successful manhunt operation to bring wanted persons behind bars.
