11 arrested in Dasmariñas drug sting
DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite – Joint operatives of PDEA Cavite and Dasmariñas PNP under direct supervision of Billy Viray, PDEA Cavite provincial head, conducted a negation operation (buy-bust) at the vulcanizing shop located along Molino-Paliparan Rd., Bgy. Salawag last July 30.
The said operation resulted in the dismantling, discovery and confiscation of more or less 15 grams of alleged shabu with an estimated street value of P102,000, several pieces of drug paraphernalia and cal. 22 pistol, and the arrest of 11 personalities.
PDEA Cavite Director Billy Viray identified the arrested individuals as Alberto Bendal, (subject) 34, single, vulcanizing shop owner; Jomel Saramines 21, single, jobless; Domingo Saramines Jr., 49, married, security guard; Mark Joseph Lopez, 25, single, installer smart telecom; Roderick Villa, 44, single, installer smart telecom; Manuel Conde, 48, married, vulcanizing shop employee; Salvador Crucis, 41, married, vulcanizing shop employee; Judith Mallillin y Montañez, 46, single, maid; Edrick Pante y Parungao, 28, married, technician; Julius de Castro y Lavarro, 33, married, mechanic; and Jerico Umambi y Abenales, 18, farmer.
The said operation was witnessed by Kagawad Emedio Galgo of the said village.
Charges for violation of Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 15 Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and violation of RA 10591 are being readied for filing in court against the suspects.
