1 Rider Partylist seeks reelection
UNDER the 19th Congress the 1 Rider Partylist holds two seats with its first nominee Congressman Atty. Ramon Rodrigo “Rodge” Gutierrez and Congressman Bonifacio Bosita who also filed his certificate of candidacy for Senate.
1 Rider Partylist is one of the principal authors of the Motorcycle Taxi Bill passed on third reading in the lower house awaiting senate action. They seek re-election to continue fighting for their landmark legislation including “Aftermarket Retail Protection Act”, “National Traffic Centralization Act”, “Fair Traffic Apprehension Act” and other inquiry in aid of legislation.
The second nominee of the 1 Rider Partylist is Mr. Feliciano Carlo Hernandez, the director of Rider’s Safety Advocates of the Philippines (RSAP) and the third nominee is Mr. Rodolfo D. Batang, a retired colonel and the executive director of 1 Rider Partylist, in-charge of organization and groundwork for the grassroots movement of the party.
Although seeking for a senate seat, Congressman Bosita reaffirms strong partnership with 1 Rider Partylist in the advocacy for riders’ safety and will continue working with the party.
