Woman stabbed dead by ex-bf
A 28-YEAR-OLD woman was stabbed dead by her former live-in partner following a heated argument on Saturday night in Quezon City.
The victim, identified as Jhendel Pearl Santos, was declared dead upon arrival at the Quezon City General Hospital due to multiple stabwounds in the body.
Santos attacker remains at large.
A report from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police Districf showed the incident happened at around 10:28 p.m. of June 11, 2022 along De Jesus Street, Barangay San Antonio, Quezon City.
Investigation showed the victim and the suspect were live-in partners for eleven years but they parted ways in October 2021.
A nephew of the suspect told police that he was playing outside with his friends, when he saw his uncle walking behind the victim.
The witness said he heard the two engaging in a verbal tussle.
At the height of their argument, the suspect punched the victim’s face causing her to fall to the ground.
The suspect allegedly pulled out his bladed weapon and repeatedly stabbed the victim in different parts of thr body.
The suspect fled on foot.
The witness sought help from their neighbors who rushed the victim to the hospital but to no avail.
