Woman shot dead in Bacolor
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – A woman was shot in the face on Thursday by riding in tandem in Bacolor, Pampanga.
Pampanga Police Director Col. Levi Hope Basilio said the 36-year-old victim was a resident of Poblacion, Porac, Pampanga.
Reports said the victim was standing on MacArthur Road in Bgy. Cabalantian in Bacolor and was waiting for a ride when two men onboard a motorcycle wearing black jackets and helmets stopped in front of the victim and shot her in the face before they fled toward Minalin.
The victim was brought to the Jose B. Lingad Regional Hospital, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, where she later died.
As of this writing, the police are still conducting hot pursuit operations against the suspects.
