Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the LPA/southwest monsoon. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
