At 3 PM Sunday, the center of Tropical Depression “Romina” was estimated based on all available data at 240 km South of Kalayaan, Palawan (Pag-asa Island) (Outside PAR). The shear line is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas. The northeast monsoon is affecting the rest of Luzon.
Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Central Luzon will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
