At 3 PM Friday, the low pressure area (LPA) (formerly “Querubin”) was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Vincenzo A. Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. The shear line is affecting the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. The northeast monsoon is affecting the rest of Luzon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
