At 3 PM Saturday, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon (STY) “Pepito” {Man-yi} was estimated based on all available data at 145 km east southeast of Virac, Catanduanes. Meanwhile, the center of Tropical Depression “Ofel” {Usagi} was estimated based on all available data at 195 km northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.
Bicol Region, Calabarzon, Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Marinduque, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar and Pangasinan will be stormy due to STY Pepito. Flash floods or landslides possible due to heavy to intense with at times torrential rains, with moderate to significant threat to lives and properties due to strong winds.
