At 3 PM Friday, the center of Severe Tropical Storm “Ofel” {Usagi} was estimated based on all available data at 205 km west northwest of Itbayat, Batanes (outside PAR). Meanwhile, the center of the eye of Typhoon “Pepito” {Man-yi} was estimated based on all available data at 485 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
