At 3 PM Sunday, the center of Severe Tropical Storm (STS) “Nika” {Toraji} was estimated based on all available data at 380 km east of Infanta, Quezon.

Metro Manila, rest of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes and Albay will experience rains with gusty winds due to STS Nika. Flooding or landslides possible due to moderate to heavy rains, with minor to moderate threat to lives and properties due to strong winds.
