“I know, for sure, that it is always easier said than done but what is worth doing to have a meaningful and purposeful life is inevitably challenging. This is waaay out of my comfort zone. I have discovered many things about myself and one of which is my strength.

“I’ve always believed that there was something bigger and greater for me.

After some closed doors, I’ve been contemplating on what to do next. I think we are all seeking the same thing – our life’s purpose.

This is far the highest and most meaningful achievement I received in my life. Honestly, I just wanted to work with different organizations where I can help and serve but who would have thought that I will be a full-fledged Philippine Navy Reservist?

Thank you, Lord for giving us all the strength to keep going and continue what we have started. Thank you for surroudng us with the right people to guide, help and teach us.

To our CD, ACD, DI’s and everyone at NRCen-NCR, I am forever grateful to you.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills with us. Thank you for pushing us beyond our limits. Mabuhay po kayo lahat!

Pasensya na din po kung makukulit kami. (Nami-miss ko na po mga boses ninyo.) Hahaha!

To my batchmates, eto na ngaaa. I really looked forward to our trainings. First day pa lang, alam nyo naaa haha! Nakakalimutan ang pagod dahil sa saya natin in between trainings at dala-dala pa rin natin hanggang sa pag-uwi.

Iba ang samahan ng SIKLAB CL 05-22! Hooyah!

To my husband, @thejasonabalos, thank you for allowing me to join. It’s nice to share this journey with you kahit magkaiba tayo ng class, happy ako na sabay tayo nag-graduate.

Thank you for supporting me and for encouraging me. Nakaya ko ang lahat ng to dahil sa tiwala mo na kaya ko din gawin to. I love you, Baba!

To my family, thank you for not doubting me. Thank you for praying for me and for us.

I love you all!

For the country, hooyah!!!” pagbabahagi ng actress at dating beauty queen.

Si Vickie ay isang Filipino-British actress, model, beauty pageant title- holder at ex-PBB housemate. She married her boyfriend of ten years, ang actor-turned politician na si Jason Abalos last September 2, 2022 sa San Antonio de Padua Parish in Tagaytay, Batangas.

She was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas nung 2011 at naging first runner-up sa Bb. Pilipinas in 2018 and landed at Top 15 sa 2019 Bb. Pilipinas na siyang naging senyales ng kanyang pagtigil sa pageantry to focus on other things.

He was an undefeated champion ng “Student Canteen” mula 1975 hanggang 1981.

It was Marco’s choir members sa Philippine College of Commerce (now Polytechnic University of the Philippines) who prodded him to audition sa singing competition segment ng Student Canteen na kanya namang sinunod.

He was first signed-up by Zodiac Records pero hindi naka-take-off ang kanyang singing career until WEA Records (now Universal Records) took him in.

Much to his surprise, weeks and months later, the song became a hit at dito siya nagsimulang makilala nang husto.

Pagkatapos ng “Make Believe,” his signature hit song, Marco continued to soar high bilang hitmaker and performer kasunod na iba pa niyang hits tulad ng “Always,” “Si Lorna, Si Aida o si Fe,” “I’ll Face Tomorrow,” “Mahal,” “Isusumbong Kita Sa Diyos,” “Ibigay Mo Sa Akin ang Bukas” at marami pang iba.

He also tried acting when he was signed-up ng Seiko Films to a three- picture contract but eventually left his acting career to focus more on his being a singer.

Singing will always be Marco’s passion kahit ngayong may edad na siya.

Bukod sa kanyang pagiging solo performer ay bahagi rin siya ng The Hitmakers na kinabibilangan dati ng yumaong Total Performer na si Rico J. Puno along with other music icons na sina Hajji Alejandro, Rey Valera and Nonoy Zuniga.

Marco also tried politics before. He served twice as councilor ng Binan, Laguna and one term bilang Board Member. He also tried living in the US with his family pero bumalik din ng Pilipinas when he realized that America is not for him and his family.

Speaking of Marco, please watch my exclusive interview with the music icon on my online show, “TicTALK with Aster Amoyo” this Friday, November 4 at 12:00 noon.
