Vice Ganda brings sparkle to advocacy-driven collaboration
SHOWBIZ stars are expected to come out endorsing anew and supporting their respective bets in next year’s mid-term elections.
Comedian, TV host and box-office star Vice Ganda took time out from his loaded schedule lately – hosting the daily noontime program It’s Showtime and promoting his Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry, And the Breadwinner Is…, directed by Jun Lana – to do the campaign shoot for Angkasangga Partylist recently.
The energy was electric and spirits were high as Vice Ganda lit up the set during her highly anticipated campaign shoot for Angkasangga Partylist.
Popular for her wit, charisma and humor, Vice Ganda brought her signature sparkle to this advocacy-driven collaboration, spreading joy while championing the partylist’s mission to empower Filipino workers and communities.
Joining Vice Ganda on the set was George Royeca, a staunch advocate for safe, reliable and sustainable transportation solutions.
Together, they embodied the heart of Angkasangga’s advocacy, blending fun and purpose to inspire and engage.
“This isn’t just about a campaign,” said Royeca. “It’s about making a difference for every Filipino who dreams of better opportunities, livelihood and benefits.”
Royeca highlighted the partylist’s commitment to supporting workers, small businesses and transport-related initiatives.
Vice Ganda, radiating her trademark personality, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership. “Ang saya ng energy ng Angkasangga,” she noted. “Hindi lang advocacy-driven, pero puno din ng pag-asa and good vibes.”
“That is the kind of movement that inspires people to get involved and believe in change,” she shared.
The shoot even became more vibrant when Vice and George hit the floor to dance to Angkasangga’s catchy campaign jingle, “107 na!”
Their impromptu performance had the entire set cheering with the upbeat tune showcasing the partylist’s official ballot number, 107, in a memorable and fun way to make people easily remember and vote for them.
“Vice Ganda embodies the spirit of positivity and resilience that Angkasangga stands for,” Royeca said. “Her energy reminds us that advocating for our communities can be both impactful and enjoyable.”
The campaign leverages Vice Ganda’s influence and humor to connect with voters, particularly the youth, while emphasizing Angkasangga’s dedication to practical solutions for pressing issues like public transport, job creation and worker protection.
As the 2025 elections approach, the partnership between Vice Ganda and Angkasangga is expected to amplify the partylist’s reach and inspire voters to join them in their mission toward a brighter future.
Angkasangga Partylist (107) is dedicated to championing workers’ rights, safe roads and sustainable livelihood.
Their mission is to empower Filipinos through innovative and inclusive solutions that address critical issues faced by everyday citizens.
