GUIMBA, Nueva Ecija – Two of the 13 staff members of the rural health unit III office in this town tested positive of COVID-19 prompting the mayor’s office to temporarily suspend and reset the scheduled vaccination next week.

Mayor Jose “Boyong-Boyong” Dizon announced on their Facebook page that the RHU III office in Bgy. San Andres will be temporarily closed from Sept. 8 until Sept. 12.

It said the RHU III will reopen on Sept. 13. Those set to be vaccinated on Sept. 8, 9, and 10 are advised that inoculation will resume on Sept. 14.

Earlier, Dizon also ordered a two-day closure of the local water district office on Sept. 6 and 7 after an employee tested positive of the virus during an antigen test. Steve Gosuico
