USS Abraham Lincoln arrives in Cavite
CAVITE CITY – Regardless of the man picking oysters off the coast of Barangay Dalahican, Cavite City in this scene, Monday, March 28, 2022, the huge aircraft carrier from the US can be seen, docked in Cavite Bay.
The arrival of USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier is to renew its commitment to continue building a “strong military and people-to-people alliance” with the Philippines.
The said fleet has 3,000 sailors with around 10% of which are Pinoys arriving in Cavite Bay last March 25, 2022 and ending the tour on March 29, 2022.
