ANG kabutihan ng mga Pilipino umano ang dapat na atupagin at hindi ang pakikipagbangayan dahil sa pulitika.

Ito ang payo ni Surigao del Sur 2nd District Representative Johnny Pimentel, Deputy Secretary General ng PDP-Laban sa gitna umano ng mga patutsada ni Vice President Sara Duterte kay Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, na nagsilbing isa sa mga campaign manager nito noong 2022 elections.

“A political exercise done to ensure that the House of Representatives continues to work smoothly and in sync with the legislative agenda of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. should not be misconstrued for anything else,” sabi ni Pimentel.

“The tensions have already been defused following the leadership movements in the House. Let us not exaggerate this anymore,” dagdag pa ng mambabatas.

Iginiit din ni Pimentel na maraming ibang mas mahalagang bagay na dapat asikasuhin ang Kongreso upang matulungan si Pangulong Marcos na matupad ang kanyang agenda for peace and prosperity at ang mga ito ang dapat na pagtuunan ng pansin.

“We have so much work to do in Congress to be able to fulfill the President’s agenda of economic renewal and prosperity for all Filipinos. As noted by the Vice President, political disagreements stand as part and parcel of the democratic process,” ani Pimentel.

“Let us leave it at that and focus instead on realizing our collective goal of providing a safe, comfortable life for every Filipino,” pagpapatuloy nito.
