Trillanes: VP Sara ripe for impeachment
FOR former senator Antonio Trillanes said Vice President Sara Duterte needs to be unseated through imprachment.
In an interview on the sidelines of the Quad Committee hearing, Trillanes said it was evident VP Duterte must be removed from office
Trillanes was asked to react on the recent outburst of Duterte when her Chief of Staff Atty Zuleika Lopez was detained at the Batasan Complex and was eventually ordered to be transferred to the Wome’s Correctional in Mandaluyong City.
According to Trillanes, Duterte is not acting normal anymore especially when she blurted out the hiring of assassin to kill President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos and Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez once she was killed.
He appeared in the Quad Comm hearing to present the link of former President Rodrigo Duterte to the illegal drugs, owning billion worth of bank account coming from drug syndicates and lords.
The former senator, who is now seeking Caloocan City mayorship, hinted that an impeachment complaint is now being cooked and will be filed very soon.
“Hinog na hinog na para sa impeachment. Siguro naman nakikita naman ng mga kababayan natin, lahat ng mga dangers, mga red flags, yung unfitness ng Duterte, yung Sara Duterte, to hold position of Vice President,” Trillanes added.
