TRAVEL enthusiasts are in for a great treat as the Travel Tour Expo 2022 offers huge discounts for tour packages and great travel deals during the Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) hosted three-day face-to-face travel promotions event both for local and international destinations.

The PTAA 29th Travel Tour Expo and 7th International Travel Trade Expo will be held on June 24-26 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, which signifies the recovery of the travel and tourism sector this year.

With the local COVID-19 situation appearing to be calming down, the Philippines’ domestic tourism market is more likely to help the industry recover, the PTAA said, adding from months of lockdown and with travel restrictions being gradually lifted by the government, domestic travelers are slowly making a comeback and traveling again during weekends and holidays.

The PTAA, however, assured that health and safety protocols remain in place to ensure safe and more fun travels.

With the theme, “Braving and Shaping the Future of Travel”, the travel expo will have 142 participating exhibitors.

Organizers estimate 30,000 to 40,000 visitors in attendance for the three-day event.

Numerous exciting destinations will be featured, as well as event-exclusive promotions and discounts on airfare, accommodation, and tours.

Travelers can also choose their travel schedules, favored transport vehicles on sea, land, air, and even secure travel insurance on the spot.

Travel tour operators are also on-hand for those who seek packaged trips for more convenience and pleasure.

Attendees can look forward to exciting raffles, corporate game shows, exhibitors and sponsors’ presentations, and lively entertainment.

Travelers interested in purchasing the discounted airfare and packages may also contact the PTAA accredited travel agencies to avail of the promo.

The event schedule will be from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 24; 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 25; and 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on June 26.

Tickets are available at the entrance at P50 for general admission and P30 for senior citizens.
