Traffic re-routing in Monumento for Bonifacio Day
THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will implement a traffic management and deployment plan for the commemoration of the 161st birth anniversary of Gat Andres Bonifacio on Saturday, November 30, at the Bonifacio Monument Circle (BMC) in Caloocan City.
Road closures will be implemented from 5 a.m. to 12 noon on MacArthur Highway from the corner of Calle Cuatro to Monumento, Samson Road from the corner of Lapu Lapu Street to Monumento, Rizal Ave. from the corner of 10th Ave. to Monumento, and EDSA Northbound from Gen. Rosendo Simon to Monumento
The MMDA will deploy traffic enforcers, members of the Road Emergency Group and Mobile Patrol Unit in the affected area to manage traffic and ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
Motorists and truckers were advised to take alternate routes to avoid inconvenience.
Light vehicles from MacArthur going to Manila, right to Reparo Rd. turn right to Kasoy turn left to Mango Rd. turn left to Araneta Ave. turn right to Heroes Del 96, turn Left to 10th Ave. to destination.
Vehicles from Rizal Avenue to EDSA should turn right to 10th Ave. turn left to 5th St. turn right to EDSA to destination while those who are going to MacArhur Highway from Rizal Avenue, turn left to 10th Ave. turn right to Heroes Del 96 turn right to Samson Rd. turn left to Caimito Rd. turn left to MacArthur to your destination.
To those going to Sangandaan from Rizal Avenue, turn Left to 10th Ave. turn right to A. Mabini to destination while from EDSA to Mac Arthur Highway, turn right to Gen. Rosendo Simon turn left to Calle Uno /Calle Cuatro turn right to MacArthur to destination.
