THERE’S no stopping TNT for now.

The Tropang Giga rode on a strong start to roll back Terrafirma, 114-86, for their fifth straight win in the PBA Philippine Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Five players, led by Mikey Williams, scored almost at will for the Tropang Giga, who led by as many as 33 points (108-75) in a game they dominated from start to finish.

Williams finished with a season-high 31 points, including six three-point shots, in 30 minutes of action as the Tropang Giga assured themselves of a quarterfinal seat with a 7-2 win-loss record.

Williams also had seven rebounds and five assists for the Tropang Giga, who finished off the Dyip, 35-19, in the third quarter.

This is the 16th straight quarterfinal appearance in the All-Filipino Conference for TNT.

JP Erram (18 points), Roger Pogoy (15 points), Jayjay Alejandro (11 points), and Frederick Tungcab (10 points) also came up with good offensive game for TNT.

Joshua Munzon was the lone bright spot for Terrafirma with 25 points and six rebounds.

Munzon had 11 points in the second quarter alone.

Javier Gomez de Liano was the only other player with double digit scores of 12 points for the Dyip, who went down to their sixth straight setback.
