THE Office of Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, Tingog Party-list Reps. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez and Jude Acidre in collaboration with Zambales 2nd District Rep. Doris E. Maniquiz successfully launched the Alagang Tingog Center (ATC) in Candelaria, Zambales on Friday.

It marked the second center to be inaugurated during the two-day ATC caravan in the province.

The event was attended by Candelaria Vice Mayor Gilber Hermoso who acknowledged the presence of Acidre, a House Deputy Majority Leader; House Deputy Secretary General Sofonias “Ponyong” Gabonada, ABC President Alvin Mana, barangay officials, public school district officials, and municipal coordinators.

This demonstrated the strong support and cooperation among key stakeholders in ensuring the success of the Alagang Tingog Center, Acidre said.

Gabonada, representing Speaker Romualdez, expressed gratitude to the residents of Zambales and Maniquiz for their unwavering support for Tingog Party-list’s initiatives in making government services accessible.

He emphasized Tingog’s commitment to providing support to the province through the center.

“Zambales ang kauna-unahang Alagang Tingog Center sa Luzon na nasa labas ng Metro Manila,” Maniquiz added.

She assured that the Alagang Tingog Center will work hand in hand to advance the progress of Zambales.

After the blessing and ribbon cutting at the center, an offsite payout was conducted in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) benefiting 1,031 beneficiaries from the municipalities of Candelaria, Sta. Cruz, and Masinloc.

Each beneficiary received P2,000 each in financial assistance, further demonstrating the commitment of Tingog Party-list and DSWD in providing immediate support to those in need.

The consecutive launch of ATC and the DSWD payout not only symbolized a commitment to improving public services but also highlighted the dedication of the involved parties to bring positive change and uplift the lives of the people in Zambales.

The ATC aims to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary support and resources to address their immediate needs.

This significant step towards progress reflects the shared vision of the government and its stakeholders in building a better and more inclusive society.
