Tiangco’s kids get COVID jabs
NAVOTAS City lone district Congressman John Rey Tiangco personally accompanied his three children, aged 5 to 11, to receive COVID-19 vaccine at the Navotas City Hospital.
Rep. Tiangco who went with his children at the vaccination site, along with his wife Barbara Pardo, encouraged parents to have their children vaccinated for an additional layer of protection against the deadly virus.
“Alam po natin na walang pinipili ang Covid kaya eto po tayo at pinapabakunahan natin ang mga bata para na rin maihanda sila sa pagbubukas muli ng face to face classes,” Rep. Tiangco said.
The city lawmaker said parents who want their children vaccinated should register at the covax-navotas.gov.ph.
Earlier, Mayor Toby Tiangco, elder brother of Rep. John Rey said children should be vaccinated so they could go out and play safely while tne entire National Capital Region (NCR) is under Alert Level 2.
