Takbo at Laro Tayo celebrates family, fitness, fun and Pinoy food!
“TAKBO at Laro Tayo” (Run and Play) is a celebration of everything about family, fitness, fun and Filipino food!
It is also a way to give back to the community as part of the proceeds will be donated to the Bantay Kalikasan program of (ABS-CBN Foundation International)
The day will start with a 3k fun run/walk, and it’s open to all ages, gender and races.
As you cross the finish line, a food festival featuring popular and traditional Filipino dishes awaits. The fun continues at the volleyball court Osceola High School Gym with special guest Inigo Pascual.
Inigo is a Filipino actor, singer and songwriter. He is popularly known for his 2016 hit single, “Dahil Sa’yo”, the first number one song on Billboard Philippines’ then-new Philippine Top 20 chart which also won “Song of the Year” at the 30th Awit Awards, the Philippine version of the Grammys.
Takbo and Laro Tayo’s mission is to provide opportunities to be active, be fit, to have fun and be healthy. It also strives to bring the Fil-am Community closer together through common interests in sportsmanship and competition.
Walk-in registration will begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, November 12.
Pre-run warm-up will start at 8 a.m.
