At 3 PM Tuesday, the center of the eye of Typhoon Jenny (Koinu) was estimated based on all available data at 325 km east of Itbayat, Batanes.

It has maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving north northwestward at 10 km/h. The southwest monsoon is affecting Central Luzon, Southern Luzon and Visayas.

Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, the rest of Mimaropa, and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon. Flash floods or landslides possible due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
