Silang breaks ground for new animal pound facility
Silang, Cavite local government led by Mayor Alston Kevin Anarna (3rd from right) and Councilor Noli Poblete and Municipal Agriculture Office head Adelia Poblete led the groundbreaking rites of the first dog pound facility to address the problem of stray dogs that are scattered in the locality. They urged pet owners to be responsible ‘fur parents’ and not let their pet dogs wander the streets.
