Scrap vendor killed in GF’s home
A 36-year-old scrap vendor was killed by armed men on Tuesday morning after he slept over in his girlfriend’s house in Purok 6, Bgy. Dos, Calamba City, Laguna.
Calamba City Police Chief P/LT. Col. Arnel Pagulayan said the victim was identified as Aaron Dinoandaya, a resident of the said barangay.
Initial investigation revealed that the shooting incident happened at about 3:00 in the morning while the victim is staying at his girlfriend’s house.
Emma Balmes, a barangay councilwoman reported the shooting incident to the Calamba police where the victim was shot by the suspect, a certain Cedric Jularand and two John Does.
According to the initial investigation, the suspects knocked on the door and prompted the victim to open it and one of the suspects shot Dinoandaya using an unknown caliber which resulted in the instantaneous death of the victim.
After the shooting, the suspects escaped in an unknown direction.
Investigation revealed that the victim is a drug personality surrenderer and a known thief in the area.
