The People’s National Council for Federalism, Inc. (PNC RevGov), a major proponent of a Revolutionary Government, Charter Change and No-Federalism, launched the SARA 4 VICE PRESIDENT (S4VP) Movement at the opening of its National Headquarters at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City. The launching of S4VP movement was led by Bobby Brillante, former Makati City Vice Mayor and PNC RevGov Secretary-General, Phebie Jame Dy, Chairperson of Stone of Hope Defense Foundation, Inc., Lt. Gen. Arthur I. Tabaquero (AFP Ret), Chairman of the Artillery Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., incumbent Presidential Adviser for Military Affairs and Bishop Ruben Lambojon, Chairman of National Interfaith Council of the Philippines. The launching via Zoom was joined by Mailed Molina, Chairman of the Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army (CPLA), Dr. Joaquin Ostrea, Chairman of Solid North Coalition for Federalism, Amb Bienvenido Tejano of the 7th Day Adventist and PNC RevGov Vice Chairman for Visayas and Prof Punduma Sani, PNC RevGov Vice Chairman for Mindanao and Vice Chairman for Military Affairs of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF).
