At Valencia City rally

VALENCIA City, Bukidnon — Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos received rock star treatment from thousands of supporters of UniTeam presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and vice presidential aspirant Sara Duterte at a rally Sunday morning in Valencia City, Bukidnon.

Marcos, who represented his father, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome extended by the BBM-Sara UniTeam supporters.

“Ako po ay nagapasalamat sa napakainit ninyong pagsalubong,”Marcos said who was joined by Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD) and House Majority Leader Martin G. Romualdez.

Marcos, who filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for congressman of the 1st District of Ilocos Norte, also sought the support of the people for the Marcos-Duterte tandem.

For his part, Romualdez thanked the supporters for the solid and overwhelming support given to the Marcos-Duterte UniTeam during the rally.

“The overwhelming support of the people here is gratifying. We are blessed to have this very huge crowd. Thank you for the support,” Romualdez said.

Present during the rally were Valencia City Mayor Azucena P. Huervas, Bukidnon Reps. Rogelio Neil Roque who is running for governor and Jonathan Keith T. Flores.

After the rally, Marcos, Romualdez and Tingog Party-list nominee Jude Acidre attended the inauguration of the UniTeam-Tingog party-list headquarters in Bukidnon.
