PAREHONG proud sina Annabelle Rama at Ruffa Gutierrez sa ganda ng boses ni Venice Bektas. Katunayan, ini-encourage ng Gutierrez matriarch ang bunsong apo kay Ruffa na kumanta sa ‘ASAP’ at siya ang tatayong manager nito.
Matatandaan na na-impress sa talent ni Venice ang mga bisita sa 70th birthday party ni Tita Annabelle na ginanap sa Manila House kamakailan nang kantahin niya ang classic Queen hit na Bohemian Rhapsody.
Sa launch naman ng bagong business ni Ruffa na Gutz & Glow, sinabi raw niya sa anak na, “This is the opportunity for you to showcase your talent, your beautiful voice. Sabi ko, kung ganyan lang ang boses ko, my God, I’ll sing everywhere, anywhere, dito kakanta na ako ngayon, ‘di ba? Wala lang talaga akong boses. I’m just really sintunado. So if you have the voice, you should flaunt it. And I think the best way was really during my mom’s birthday kasi piling-pili ‘yung mga tao, tapos very intimate and, hopefully, magiging more confident siya in the future for her to showcase her talent.”
