Rotting businesswoman found in SUV
A 36-YEAR-OLD female trader on Tuesday was found dead and decomposing in a parked sports utility vehicle in Iloilo.
Santa Barbara, Iloilo police chief Maj. Raymund Celoso identified the victim as Claire Diergos, a resident of Deca Homes Subdivision in Pavia, Iloilo.
Diergos was reportedly working in an insurance firm and has a mango and facemask business.
She was found rotting inside a Mitsubishi Montero parked in Bgy. Inangayan, Santa Barbara municipality.
A foul odor coming from inside the SUV parked on the road in the village prompted residents to check and were shocked to see the decomposing body of the victim.
They immediately called the police.
The body of Diergos, with multiple stab wounds, was discovered in the back seat of the SUV. She was covered with a blanket.
Residents said before the discovery of the victim’s body, they saw a man and woman come out of the SUV last Sunday.
Authorized are looking into personal grudge or business as motives for the gruesome killing.
