NAGPAPASALAMAT si presidential frontrunner Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa pag-imbita sa kanyang lumahok sa presidential panel inteview sa May 1, 2022, ngunit mas pinili niyang tapusin ang kanyang 90-day campaign period sa pamamagitan ng pagbisita sa kanyang mga supporters at pagtupad sa kanyang mga pangakong dumalo sa mga political events tulad ng town hall meetings at political rallies.
Ito ang pahayag ni Atty. Vic Rodriguez, chief of staff at spokesperson ni presidential frontrunner Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. tungkol sa di pagdalo ng nangungunang presidential candidate sa nasabing panel interview.

“With less than two weeks before the May 9 elections, frontrunner Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. has decided to forego his participation in the Comelec’s presidential panel interview which was scheduled on May 1, 2022.
Marco Jr. extends his appreciation to the poll body for its gracious invitation, as he acknowledges the importance of joining in such an important event.
He opted, however, to conclude the entire 90-day campaign period with his visits to supporters and compliances with previous commitments for political events, like town hall meetings and political rallies.”
