Rodjun thinks son Joaquin is his lucky charm
RODJUN Cruz is elated to play his first lead role opposite Jo Berry in “Little Princess”. “Una kong nakatrabaho ko si Jo sa isang episode ng ‘Wish Ko Lang’. I remember telling her, balang araw magkakapareha tayo kasi lahat ng shows niya, topraters, e. And now after almost two years, naging totoo. Ako si Jaxon Pineda, ang best friend niya sa story na kasama niya as a Mobile Legends gamer at mahuhulog ang loob sa kanya.”
So how is it working with Jo? “Napakahusay niyang aktres. Instinctive ‘yung acting niya, e. Masaya rin siyang katrabaho sa set, so I really want to thank GMA for giving me this chance to play a lead role. I’m glad to be part of this project kasi the whole team, napakagaan katrabaho.”
Rodjun is now the proud father of his and wife Dianne Medina’s first born, Joaquin, who was born on September 10, last year. Their son was baptized last December 21 just in time for their first wedding anniversary.
“Lucky charm sa akin si Joaquin dahil dumating lang siya, ayan, nabigyan na ng lead role ang daddy niya,” adds a beaming Rodjun.
