Nagsumite na si Archie Alemania ng counter-affidavit laban sa kasong acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ni Rita Daniela.

Kasama ang abogado ay nagtungo ang aktor sa Bacoor Hall of Justice sa Cavite nitong Martes ng umaga, Dec. 11, para mag-file ng statement at dito ay mariin niyang itinanggi ang akusasyon ni Rita.

Ang pagsusumite ng counter-affidavit ni Archie ay bahagi ng isinasagawang preliminary investigation ng piskalya sa naturang reklamo.

Ayon sa report ng “24 Oras,” ang nasabing counter-affidavit ay naglalaman ng pagdedenay ni Archie sa mga akusasyon ni Rita.

Samantala, nagpahayag naman ang abogado ni Rita na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque na hangga’t maaari ay iniiwasan nilang magtagpo nang personal ang aktres at si Archie.

“Because of the trauma that the victims of these crimes, well of course alleged victims of these crimes, is undergoing psychologically.

“So as her counsel, I also have to protect her mental health. The counsel of Archie is amenable to that,” saad ni Garduque.

“The counsel of Archie is amenable to that,” aniya pa.

Sa tanong kung kumusta na ngayon si Rita, anang abogado, “Actually as of this date, even up to now, she’s not okay.”

Sa December 17 magsusumite ng sagot si Rita sa counter-affidavit ni Archie.

Matatandaang sinampahan ng kasong acts of lasciviousness ni Rita si Archie sa Office of the City Prosecutor sa Bacoor City noong October 30.

Ayon sa statement na isinumite ng aktres, nangyari umano ang pambabastos sa kanya ng aktor noong September 9, matapos siyang um-attend sa thanksgiving party ng co-star nila sa “Widows’ War” na si Bea Alonzo.

“That being a public figure, a contractual artist with reputation to protect, it is very difficult for me to file the instant case but the trauma I was and am experiencing brought about by the incident gave me courage to face the consequences and file the instant case against the respondent,” pahayag ni Rita sa complaint affidavit.
