Rhian, Marvin to demonstrate expertise at Bakery Fair 2025

THE Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) is mounting the Bakery Fair 2025 on March 6 to 8, 2025 at the World Trade Center Manila.
According to FCBAI president Chris Ah, this biennial event is more than just a trade show—it is a movement to elevate the standards, quality, and aspirations of the Philippine bakery industry. “In a time when the global economy faces uncertainties and our local economy struggles, Bakery Fair 2025 stands as a beacon of hope and progress,” Chris adds. It is a clear expression of our belief in the long-term and positive future of the Philippines. Despite the noise in politics or the challenges we face globally, we remain steadfast in our mission to empower our industry and contribute to the nation’s growth.”
The exciting lineup of activities to inspire and engage attendees includes thrilling competitions like the “Flour Masters: Bread Baking Competition” and the “Cake Illusion: Hyper-Realistic Cake Art Competition” to live demonstrations by world-class chefs. One of the highlights of this year’s event is the “Grand Regal Tiers Wedding Cake Display Competition,” where participants will compete for a grand prize of P150,000. The fair also offers international training opportunities and trips to elite baking institutes for our competition winners.
Meanwhile, celebrities who have signified attendance include actress Rhian Ramos and chef restaurateur Marvin Agustin who will both demonstrate their expertise in baking and cooking.
