“These Chairmen and their teams have shown unwavering commitment to truth-seeking,” ani Bordado.

“Through their painstaking efforts, the Quad Comm has not only brought critical issues to light but also raised the bar for how we should approach investigations in this chamber—with integrity, impartiality, and a clear sense of purpose,” dagdag pa nito.

“Extrajudicial killings strike at the heart of our moral obligations as public servants,” sabi ni Bordado. “This is a matter not just of law but of humanity, and we must work tirelessly to ensure justice for those who have been victimized.”

“We must not allow these investigations to falter, nor the voices of those who seek justice to go unheard,” sabi ng solon. “As public servants, it is our duty to ensure that the truth is uncovered, that justice is served, and that we work together to prevent such abuses from ever occurring again.”
