CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Operatives of Central Luzon on Thursday arrested two suspects and seized over P4 million worth of shabu in a series of anti-illegal drug operations in Angeles City and Bataan.

In his report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Angeles City police chief Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the arrested suspect in the city as Matarentis Mariga alias “Ate,” 25, of San Miguel, Quiapo, Manila.

Mariga was caught in an entrapment operation on Tangle Road, Purok 1, Bgy. Cutud, Angeles City.

Seized from her were at least 450 grams of shabu valued at P3,060,000.

In Mariveles, Bataan, police conducted a buy-bust which led to the arrest of Rei John Sebastian, a 33-year-old fisherman.

Sebastian yielded some 150 grams of shabu worth P1,020,000 and a cal. .38 revolver loaded with three live bullets.
