PRO11 cops lauded for ‘peaceful’ polls in Davao
POLICE Regional Office 11 (PRO11) Director Brig. Gen. Benjamin Silo Jr. on Tuesday commended his men for a “very peaceful and very manageable” 2022 national and local elections in the region despite reports of vote-buying in some areas and violation of the gun and liquor ban. The Davao region’s top cop said “But, overall our preparation to come up with a secure, accurate, fair, and free national and local election in 2022 is very well done.” By Bernard Galang
