Port of Lamao target na makakuha ng ISO
LIMAY, Bataan–Matapos magsagawa ng mga pagbabago para sa lalong ikabubuti ng services dito sa Port of Limay, ang Bureau of Customs dito na pinamumunoan no District Collector Atty. Kriden Balgomera naghahangad na makakuha ng ISO (the International Organization for Standardization).
Ito ang sinabi ni Anwar Datidacula, Deputy Collector for operations.
“We are busy preparing for the requirements to establish, implement and to continually improve our services and management system to attain BoC’s objective of a bigger collection for the national coffers,“ sabi ng opisyal.
Ang ISO 9001 isang globally recognized standard for quality management.
Nagsisilbing guide ito sa mga “ government agencies of all sizes and sectors to improve their performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate their commitment to quality.”
Sinabi naman Atty. Balgomera na ang kanilang number one commitment “is to achieve all the programs such as increase in collections being implemented by the BOC.”
