The suspect went into hiding after being accused of repeatedly raping his victim from September 2019 to August 2020.

One of them, the 2nd MWP in Bicol, was arrested in his hiding place in Bgy. Mataas na Lupa in Lipa City in Batangas. The 3rd suspect was arrested in Bgy. Bagbagon in Lantawan, Basilan based on a warrant for two counts of rape issued by Judge Leo Jay Principe of the Isabela City RTC Br. 1 in Basilan.
