Filipino-Chinese businessman Vincent Chan (left) receives a plaque of appreciation from NCRPO chief, Police Maj. Gen.Vicente D. Danao Jr. for his continuous support to the Philippine National Police (PNP’s) “Barangayanihan Program”. Chan supported countless citizens affected by the COVID-19 pandemic specially during the ECQ lockdown. The plaque was given to Chan at the NCRPO under Danao Jr.who led the program at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig.
