Key officials of PDEA, representatives from the Philippine National Police, Department of Justice, Department of Interior and Local Government, and Non-government organizations (NGOs) witnessed the destruction program.

“Bagama’t nahihirap tayo dahil sa pandemic dulot ng Covid-19, gagawin ang lahat ng PDEA para malinis sa illegal na droga bago matapos ang termino sa June 2022.” Villanueva added more

Thermal decomposition is the process by which various compounds are broken down into single units by the application of heat at 1,000 centigrade wherein reconstruction of the substances is impossible.

The activity was made in compliance with the requirements of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and Dangerous Drugs Board Regulation No.1 series of 2002. With Alfred Dalizon
