A new house and lot will serve as a “new home” for 30,000 Filipino families as an “early Christmas” to all beneficiaries.

Aside from low-income families, beneficiaries also include Kapatiran members former rebels who returned to the folds of the law as part of the program by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) and the NHA for them to start their life anew and build a better future for their own families.

NHA General Manager Joeben Tai is committed to the “Building Better and More” (BBM) housing program that seeks to provide 1.3 million houses within the six-year term of President Marcos Jr. to cater to the needs of Filipino families for affordable, resilient and quality homes.
